February 24, 2023 – One of the most rewarding parts of watching our campaign grow is getting to know more Frisco residents and understand their experiences. I wanted to share with you some exciting news from a long time Frisco resident.
I am proud to announce Casey Waits as Treasurer in my campaign for Frisco Mayor. Casey has lived in Frisco since 2005 and is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at WealthVisory. Casey was born and raised in North Dallas and attended Richardson High school and then the University of North Texas in Denton. He has over 26 years of experience in the financial industry as a registered securities representative.
Casey has received several financial industry awards. He has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager as published in Texas Monthly Magazine in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. This is only awarded to wealth managers who have scored highest in client and financial services based on research by a national independent research company.
Casey is not only committed to helping his clients but also in serving the community. He earned the James Dunks Advocate Award, presented by Prospera Financial, for his involvement in local communities. He also serves as a Rotarian, where he is a part of local projects through The Rotary Club in Frisco.
Casey and his wife, Angela, along with their two daughters, enjoy spending time outside – camping, riding motorcycles, playing basketball and soccer.
